All Sales Are Final
We do not accept any returns, refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. Once an order is placed and fulfilled, it is considered final.
Inspection Upon Delivery or Pick-Up
All customers are required to inspect their order immediately upon delivery or pick-up. This includes checking for:
- Accuracy of items received
- Quantity and condition of products
- Any visible damage or defects
If there are any issues with the order, they must be reported at the time of delivery or pick-up. Claims made after this window will not be honored.
Damaged or Missing Items
If an item is found missing or visibly damaged at the time of delivery or pick-up, please notify the delivery driver or staff member before signing off on the order. Once the order is signed off for, we are no longer responsible for discrepancies.Â
